Parra dy chief polls on Jan 4

MAPUSA: Parra panchayat will get a new deputy sarpanch on January 4.

Director of Panchayat Gurudash Pilarnekar has fixed the election of the deputy sarpanch for Parra on January 4.

According to the DoP’s order, Sandesh Naik will be the presiding officer and in his absence, Saeesh Parab will function as the presiding officer.

The post of deputy sarpanch fell vacant after Kamla Lingudkar resigned from the post.
