Two of the biggest Electronic Dance Music events play out on the vibrant sands of Goa’s Candolim and Vagator beaches this week, from today onwards.

Sunburn Goa 2015 and VH1 Supersonic are two of the most popular EDM gigs in the country, perhaps even Asia and witness hundreds and thousands of music lovers and guests every season. There’s no reason why you can’t be at one of them.

Both EDM festivals are scheduled to play out between December 27 and 30, Sunburn at the picturesque Vagator plateau, near Vagator beach and the other VH1 Supersonic on the popular Candolim beach, both of which offer stunning views of the sunset and of course rollicking music for hours on end.

At VH1 Supersonic, the line up this year, includes several names which have not played before an Indian audience which includes ZEDD, Disclosure, Axwell, W&W and others and is curated by Dutch techno brand ‘Awakenings’. Apart from the above, those who are expected to put in a shift at the VH1 Supersonic this time round are Kohra, Arjun Vagale, Ida Engberg, Bart Skills, Adam Beyer, Baba Robijn, Blot, Kolsch, Nic Fancuilli, Joris Voorn, Blank, Tuhin, Joran Pol, Paul Ritch, Luigi Madonna, Raghav Holla, Praveen Achary, Yotto, Pearl, Marc Romboy v/s Stephan Bodzin, Grum (in order of performance over the four days).

At Vagator, the stage itself is one of the talking points of Sunburn Goa 2015, styled after and dedicated to Star Wars franchise. And the Star Wars fetish will prevail with an international DJ even belting out a special mix incorporating the Star Wars Antham. This is the ninth edition of Sunburn Goa and it will host some of the biggest names in business including David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas, Martin Garrix, Like Mike, KYGO and others from this part of the country like KSHMR, Dualist Inquiry, Kash Trivedi and more. Sunburn Goa has also offered a special deal, in form of concessional tickets, this year for denizens of the host state where it has been organised for nine consecutive years.
