Miley Cyrus is hosting the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, set to air live August 30 at 9 p.m. ET.
In typical Miley fashion, she announced the news by dressing up as an alien and wearing a sandwich board that reads “MTV WON’T LET ME PERFORM” on one side and “SO I’M HOSTING THIS YEAR’S VMA’S” on the other.
