The department of BA Mass Communication Don Bosco College (Panaji) is organising a webinar on the topic ‘The Changing Times of Journalism in India’ on October 27 in the form of a panel discussion. Media is dynamic with new platforms releasing information constantly. As a result, journalism has to adapt to keep up with the trends of today and to stay relevant. The speakers - media professional Sandesh Prabhudesai, Aaron Pereira, assistant editor, Indian Express, Gauree Malkarnekar, assistant editor, The Times of India and Frankey Gerard Fernandes, principal correspondent, NDTV Australia will share their experiences in the field and discuss these changes.
