Shree Vitthal Rakhumai Devasthan at Akhada St Estevam, Tiswadi has organised a solo dance competition on the occasion of its anniversary day on March 5. The contest will begin at 7.30 pm. The organising committee has requested the participants to choose semi-classical dances based on film songs on the criteria of cultural decency. The participants will get five-six minutes for presenting the dance item. The first three winners will get Rs 3,000, Rs 2,500, Rs 2.000 as prize money. There are three consolation prizes too, of Rs 1,000 each. The first 20 contestants will be able to participate in the contest.
