Tiatr Academy Goa under its scheme “Preservation of Tiatr Literature” organised books release function on April 7 at the Conference Hall of Tiatr Academy Goa, Campal, Panjim in which 5 books of tiatrs namely ‘Devachea Molleant’ written by Menino Mario Araujo ‘Ek Aslo Surya’ written by Marcos Gonsalves, ‘Kirnnam’ written by William Fernandes, ‘Zayat Zage’ written by Prince Jacob and ‘Eke Fottik Xembhor Fotti’ written by Mario Menezes were released at the hands of Chief Guest Arun Sakhardande, President of Goa Konknni Academy. Mario Menezes, Vice President of TAG introduced Chief Guest Arun Sakhardande and Konkani writer Guadalupe Dias.
Speaking on the occasion, Sakhardande appreciated the efforts taken by Tiatr Academy of Goa and all the five writers for their respective contribution for taking the initiative in printing their tiatrs in the form of books. He also praised Prince Jacob for his contribution to Tiatr. Prince Jacob writer of 'Zayat Zage’ also expressed his feelings on the occasion. Guadalupe Dias gave her review on all the 5 tiatr books. Menino Fernandes, President of TAG welcomed while Cezar D’Mello, Member Secretary proposed a vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Pradeep Naik.
