The Margao Municipal Council has on Thursday regretted that that workshop by noted musician Bondo for youngsters due on February 26, at 2.30 pm at the MMC Garden stands postponed due to request by parents. Bondo was scheduled to hold a workshop for young and budding artists on day two of the Margao Carnival festivities on February 26.
Margao Municipal Chief Officer and Chairperson of the Margao Carnival Committee, Agnelo Fernandes has said the Bondo workshop will now be held in April/May 2022 after the examinations
The Chairperson of the Margao Carnival Committee has meanwhile requested floats participants to collect their entry forms before 3pm on Feb 26 from the council and or Tourism Department website www.goatourisn.gov.in
Agnelo has requested all the people to participate in the carnival parade on Sunday. Meanwhile, the stage is set for the three-day carnival fiesta in the commercial capital beginning from Friday at 5 pm.
