Superintendent of Police Sunita Sawant has stated that events like the Deeprang 2022 enables people to showcase their talents.
She was speaking at Maina-Pilerne at the Deeprang 2022 programme organised by Sandguru Kala and Sanskrutik Sangh in association with the Pilerne-Marra Panchayat. Guest of honour Ullhas Dhuri, ZP member Sandeep Bandodkar and Pilerne Dy Sarpanch Amarnath Govenkar were present at the programme.
SP Sawant commended the Sandguru Kala and Sanskrutik Sangh for organising the Akashkandil, Rangoli, Karaoke singing and Diwali sweets preparation contest for residents of Pilerne.
“Such competitions provide an opportunity for locals to display their talents. Those who did not win prizes should not get discouraged as participation in contests is equally important,” said Sawant.
The Deeprang 2022 comprised various competitions to provide an opportunity for both men and women to participate and display their talents.
