PANAJI: Founder of St Anthony's High School Margao, Dr Merlyn D'costa was awarded the Bharat Gaurav excellence for her contribution in the field of Education on Monday at a National Seminar organised by The Global Society for Health and Education Growth in New Delhi. The award was presented to her by the former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, V P Soni.
