Mormugao Mamlatdar Saish Naik has been transferred to Mapusa and he will be replaced by Dhiren Banaulikar.
Sources in the Mamlatdar office said the transfer order had arrived on Tuesday and Friday will be the last day of Naik in Vasco. He will join duties at Mapusa on Monday.
"Naik had done a great job and discharged his duties fearlessly, especially when Mormugao taluka was reeling under the Covid pandemic.”
“Dhiren Banaukikar who was holding charge as Joint Mamlatdar (III) has been given the charge of Mormugao Mamlatdar and additional charge of Joint Mamlatdar (I). Joint Mamlatdar (II) Krishna Gawas will now hold additional charge Joint Mamlatdar (III)," said the source.
