A massive Covid vaccination drive will be undertaken by CHC Bicholim on October 31.
"This will be the last chance for the people to take vaccines near their residence. After October 31, vaccination will be available only at CHC Bicholim. On October 31, CHC Bicholim will make vaccination available at 10 sites simultaneously -- sub-centres at Menkure, Advalpal, Kholpe, Sal, Kharpal, Nanoda, Mulgao, Bordem, Government Primary School Maulinge and Zantye College Multipurpose Hall." Asking all citizens to get their second dose, Dr Medha Salkar, health officer at CHC Bicholim informs that even those who have not had their first dose, can come to the centre and take it.
“The vaccination will start at 9 am and will close at 4 pm. The last vial will be opened if there are 10 people to be vaccinated, so do not wait till last,” appeals Dr Salkar.
