The 12th anniversary issue of Business Goa magazine was released at the hands of Goa Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai at Raj Bhavan. Publisher-editor of Harshvardhan Bhatkuly handed over a copy of the magazine to the Governor. The issue has focussed on strategy to bounce back in the backdrop of the pandemic, which has been a bane for industry, trade and entrepreneurs. Opinions on the business bounce back strategy from various industry captains in the state. Some of the commentators include senior industrialist Shrinivas Dempo; President of Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Ralph de Sousa; Vice Chairperson of CII Goa Council, Swati Salgaocar, tech entrepreneur Vijay Thomas, legislator Rohan Khaunte, among others.
The Governor was all praise for the quality and content of the magazine and shared his best wishes with the business fraternity in Goa. “The pandemic has had unprecedented fallout on trade and business. Nothing but great ideas and resilience can save entrepreneurs in the face of the pandemic. At Business Goa, we have tried to elicit cutting edge ideas from Goa’s finest business talent in this 12th anniversary issue,” said Bhatkuly on the sidelines of the release.
