Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari appreciated the efforts taken by the Indian Red Cross Society in extending their help to the needy, particularly their contribution towards providing succour to the vulnerable sections of society during the pandemic.
Governor discussed the on-going activities in a meeting with the Managing Committee of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Goa Branch on Friday at Raj Bhavan, Dona Paula.
The issues of grants received from the government, the requirement of premises for the State Office and some of the Taluka Branches were also discussed.
