SWADES, the social unit of the Goa Jesuits, along with their collaborators and the civil society groups will observe a ‘National Vigil’ for the Constitution, human rights defenders and environmental activists on the “Constitution Day”, Thursday at 5 pm, in front of the Mary Immaculate Church, Panaji, states a note issued by Simon Fernandes, SJ, Director of SWADES.
