Konkani Bhasha Mandal (KBM) has organized an All Goa Higher Secondary School level Radha Mukund Naik Elocution competition on October 24 on following four topics – ‘Bhivapachi Garaj Na’, ‘Online Shikshan – Dasha aani Dika’, ‘Mansik Bhalayakiche Bhan aani Sthan’, ‘Virtual Vishwa: Kite Khare, Kite Fat’.
