The Canacona Mamlatdar’s office will conduct a taluka-level poster contest to mark National Voters Day (January 25) on the topics "Proud to be a Voter, Ready to Vote" Or "My Vote, My Right".
The competition is only for youths between 18 to 20 years and the last day of submission of poster is January 20.
The poster painted with any colour on chart paper has to be made at home and can be submitted to the Talathi at the respective Village panchayat or the Canacona Mamlatdar’s office with details of name, age and contact number.
The poster will be adjudged on actual artwork and slogan and no pictures, slogans or any signs relating to any political party will be allowed on the posters.
The prize distribution will be on January 25 at 4 pm and the three best posters will be awarded prizes and there will be three consolation prizes. All participants will be awarded participation certificates.
