Film shooting at the Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, brought arch political rivals, local MLA Vijaibab Sardesai and former MLA Damubab Naik, face to face once again. This is the first time the duo came face to face post-municipal polls. That the film shooting was underway at the Ravindra Bhavan headed by Damubab when a near lockdown is in force outside may have given the armament for the Goa Forward Chief to fire guns at his rival. Not to be left behind, Damubab preferred to take on the MLA head-on by attributing Vijaibab’s action as mere frustration.
