It was a week when Goa Forward Chief Vijaibab Sardesai paid a condolence visit to political rival, Damubab Naik, after the latter lost his father-in-law. Sources said Vijaibab and Goa Forward leaders first descended on Damubab’s in-law’s house to pay their last respects but realizing that Damubab had just left for home, Vijaibab and Margao councillor Sadanandbab Packlo proceeded to the residence of the former MLA to offer condolences.
