Is flamboyant Mickky Pacheco heading to the Nationalist Congress Party after the Congress inducted Tony D’Costa in the party fold on Tuesday. Mickky appeared cool and calm as he sat alongside CLP leader Digambar Kamat and Congress south district president Joe Dias at Tony’s induction. Moments after Tony’s induction, however, Mickky was called by the NCP leadership for discussions late Tuesday. Having twice won the Benaulim seat on the NCP banner in 2005 and 2007, observers wondered whether the NCP leadership will field Mickky in Benaulim. Wait and watch.
