Ports Minister Michaelbab Lobo was seen in the backyard of Saxtti’s lone Minister Filipe Neribab earlier this week to unveil the plaque of Cardinal Valerian Gracias road at Dramapur village. Neribab appeared in an agitated mood after he spotted men-in-khaki swarming around the place. He was trying to figure out with Michaelbab why the presence of police personnel, more so when priests were scheduled to attend the programme. Realization later dawned that Michaelbab had no hand behind the police presence, but the police officer with his personnel in tow had come to say hello to the Ports Minister.
