Former Goa footballer Savio Fernandes and Jimmy Costa, former coach of Youth Club of Manora, have been elected as president and general secretary of Curtorim Gymkhana at its general body meeting held on Sunday.
Arnaldo Costa withdrew from the fray, returning officer Gromiko Fernandes said. The other office bearers are: vice-president - Joaquim Gunja, treasurer - Vincent Rodrigues, assistant treasurer - Joauinm Dias, joint secretary - Jaison Luis, sports secretary - Marcus Peixoto, assistant sports secretary - Lourdes Fernandes, cultural secretary - Joaquim Mascarenhas, executive members - Derrick Dias, Jose Luis. The AGM nominated Wilson Luis, Roque P Estibeiro, Hilario Michael, Joseph Ferrao, Allister D'Costa, Pascoal Fernandes and Antonio Mascarenhas.
