Wilred Leisure Sports Club got the better of St Anthony Club, Colva in the tie-breaker 4-3 to move into the semi-finals of the Varca Panchayat Cup organised by Varca Sports Club. In the tie-breaker, Myron Fernandes, Joy Hilario, John Fernandes and Welson Fernandes were the goal scorers for Wilred Leisure Sports Club while Kabir Khan, Franslum Correira and Valentan D'Sa found the back of the net for St Anthony Club, Colva. The man of the match award was adjudged to Johnson Bhagat of Wilred Leisure Sports Club.
