PANAJI
The Goa University Inter-Collegiate Swimming Championship for Men and Women for the academic year 2025–26 was successfully conducted at the SAG Swimming Pool, Campal, Panjim, witnessing enthusiastic participation from 25 colleges across the state.
A total of ten competitive events were held in both the men's and women's categories, with several stellar performances lighting up the tournament.
Top Honours: Aryan Sharma of Dhempe College of Arts and Science, Miramar, was named Best Swimmer - Men, while Alaqua Agnelo Brito of St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, bagged the Best Swimmer - Women title. Both athletes delivered outstanding performances, each setting two new championship records.
