The Super Cup semifinal will be held on December 4 at the Pandit Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, and entry will be free, said GFA president Dr Caitano Fernandes after a coordination meeting with GFA executive members and AIFF officials.
Fernandes added that while the Super Cup is usually hosted in Odisha, strong efforts by Goa’s Sports Minister and Chief Minister helped bring the tournament to the state this year.
He appealed to all Goans to attend and enjoy the thrilling matches. The first semifinal will kick off at 4 PM between FC Goa and Mumbai FC, followed by the second semifinal between Punjab FC and East Bengal FC. The final is scheduled for December 7 at 7 PM.
