Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem excelled at the State Civil Service Badminton tournament held recently at Campal Indoor Stadium.
Prachi Surlikar and Celly Quadros emerged as winners in the Open Women doubles category. Celly and Dr. Rajan Mathew won the mix doubles title. Celly Quadros had to settle for runners-up in 55 plus women Veteran category. I the 55 plus men veteran category, Dr. Rajan Mathew was the winner.
