Don Bosco College, Soul Travelling to offer   training in travel & tourism

PANAJI

Don Bosco College (Panaji) and Untraced Paths Travellers LLP (Soul Travelling) have joined hands to promote learning and development programs for college students, specifically the Department of BBA Travel and Tourism. An offbeat experience-based travel company Soul Travelling is known for their walking trails, village excursions and cultural trails in Goa.

Signed between Fr Joaquim Lobo, director of Don Bosco College and Varun Hegde, founder of Untraced Paths Travellers LLP, the MoU focusses on imparting skill-based training, education and research and on developing a tourism ecosystem that will benefit the student and academic community of Goa. The major areas of this agreement cover industrial trainings and visits, research and development, guest lectures and faculty development programs.Principal Dr Cedric Silveira, department coordinator Steffi Dias, along with assistant professors Sneha Sawant, Twinkle Fernandes and Gilbert Mendes of the Travel and Tourism department were present at the time of signing the MoU.
