PANAJI: Rohan Salgaokar, a PWD Goa engineer, participated in a charity fashion show in Wolverhampton, England, in November, to support Global Diabetes Initiatives. Representing India, Salgaokar was the only Goan participant, having travelled directly from India for the event. He walked the runway with confidence and was awarded the title of Best Upcoming International Male Model for 2024. The show, which combined fashion and philanthropy, successfully raised awareness for diabetes research, and Salgaokar’s recognition highlighted both his modelling skills and his support for the noble cause.
