Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai launched the book titled ‘Financial Technology (FinTech) and Digital Banking in India’ penned by Jaspal Singh, IPS, Director General of Police. The book launch ceremony was organised by Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry at International Centre Goa, Dona Paula on Thursday. The Governor congratulated the author of the book for his minor observations towards digital transactions and informed about the safety solutions cited in books. Jaspal Singh, DGP expressed his happiness and said, it was just an internal urge to acquire knowledge and pass it on to others in the form of book. Finance is a very conservative subject, he added.
