PANAJI
Guardian Angel High School, Curchorem emerged State champions in the U-14 Sepaktakraw tournament, organised by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Panaji, at Peddem, Mapusa, recently.
They defeated Shri Vasant Vidyalaya, Siolim 2-0.
The boys lost a close match to St Anthony HS, Monte de Guirim 1-2 to settle for runners-up in the U-14 category.
The teams are seen along with teachers Astrid, Digna and Arvind and Fr. Thomas Gonsalves.
