The 62nd Board of Directors of the Lions Club of Margao was ceremoniously installed on June 18 in an impressive manner at BPS Sports Club, Margao. MJF Lion Dr Satish Haldonkar was sworn in as the new Club President for the year 2023-24. PMJF Lion Jaimol Naik, Vice District Governor II (Elect) of Lions District 317 B was the Installing Officer. The scintillating ceremony was attended by many senior Lions of the District and other dignitaries, who felicitated the Club and the incoming President. The Club Roaster was released at the hands of Past District Governor Lion Pradeep Kulkarni. As part of their social responsibility initiative, notebooks were donated to Government Primary School, Fatorda, Margao. Outgoing President Lion Milind Dessai welcomed the Guests, Lion Smita Bagli Club secretary, presented the report of the activities and Lion Prasad Mopkar proposed vote of thanks. MJF Lion Kiran Kulkarni and Lion Shashank Keni were the Master of Ceremony.
