Elvis Goes popularly known as the Mando Prince of Goa will be giving a mando performance on Azaadi at the closing ceremony of the 3-days festival 'Rang Swadeetha' which started on Aug 15 celebrating India's Independence through performing arts.The festival is organised by Sangeet Natak Academy, Ministry of Culture, New Delhi. Goes who also released a Hindi single 'Dil Ki Awaaz- India' dedicated to the Nation on Independence day, will be accompanied by his troupe Kepemchim Kirnnam will be presenting specially composed mandos on India's freedom struggle.The presentation will be showcased on the Sangeet Natak Academy YouTube and Facebook pages.The last day's programme which will start at 6.30 pm will also include performances from Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu with the Goan mando bringing the curtains down on the festival at 8 pm.
