In a significant development for cricket enthusiasts, an international cricket stadium is set to be constructed in Bicholim. The project has been confirmed by Premendra Shet, who assured that the stadium will definitely come up in the area.
Shet also mentioned that the government is currently avoiding mining activities in the temple and residential areas of Bicholim. However, he noted that in the future, steps might be taken to remove these activities from the area to make way for the stadium and other developments.
