Winners at the “All Goa Individual Singing Competition” organised by the Quitula Sports & Cultural Club at Aldona.

The Quitula Sports & Cultural Club at Aldona conducted the “All Goa Individual Singing Competition” in the Club hall on Sunday. The Chief Guest for the function was Nick Figueredo, while the Guest of Honour was Fr Gualberto Luis De Souza, Chaplain of Our Lady of Piety Chapel, Quitula. The judges at the competition were Deacon Clive Diniz, Leticia Mascarenhas and Leola Lopes Lobo. In the Sub-Juniors Category, the winners were Keiara Joaquim De Souza Proenca of Calangute (first), Khush Pednekar of Thivim (second) and Ester Grace D’Souza of Aldona (third), while a consolation prize was presented to Deetya Durgesh Shirwaiker of Quepem. In the Juniors Category, the winners were Fanuel Dcruz of Aldona (first), Jolissa Mascarenhas of Aldona (second) and Ezekiel Gabriel D’Souza of Aldona (third), while a consolation prize was presented to Azzalia David of Aldona. In the Seniors Category, the winners were Sushant Shet of Moira (first), Mackenan D’Souza of Parra and Akhita Conceicao Fernandes of Soccoro, while a consolation prize was presented to Nicole Fernandes of Aldona. Christjoy Fernandes of Aldona was awarded a prize for the Golden Voice of Aldona.
