The Saraswat Education Society recently felicitated meritorious students of SSCE of 2019-20 batch at Anand Giri Keni memorial hall Khorlim Mapusa.
Deputy Director of Education (legal), D N Chawdikar who was the chief guest at the function lauded the efforts of the students in excelling in their studies and gave tips on how they can achieve their goals.
Dr Gurudas Prabhu Mhambre sponsored a gold medal for the student who came first in the school.
Few students were felicitated given the social distancing norms.
The Chairman of Saraswat Education Society Ramnath Burye, Secretary Rupesh Kamat and Manager Kausthubh Sawkar were also present for the function.
The teachers were also given appreciation certificates for the excellent results.
Headmistress, Swapnita Nagvekar welcomed the guests while teacher, Shraddha Divkar and Swarupa Soman compered the function. Samir Umarye proposed the vote of thanks.
