Consumer Welfare club and Disaster Management Committee of St Francis Xavier’s Higher Secondary, Siolim organised a session on Evacuation Drill procedure for the staff members of the primary, middle school, high school and higher secondary school. The Resource person for the talk was Officer Incharge of Mapusa and Porvorim Fire station, Bosco Ferrao. He explained the objectives, purpose and procedure of conducting the evacuation drill. It was an interactive session wherein the staff members put forth their queries and sought clarifications. He urged the staff members to conduct a mock drill on evacuation. Principal Fr Santow John thanked the resource person for making time and sharing information on the evacuation procedure. Coordinator of the Consumer Welfare Club Sandhya Fernandes introduced and welcomed Bosco Ferrao.
