CANACONA: Social activists have called on people to attend a public meeting titled ‘Enough is Enough’ at Shristhal in Canacona on Sunday at 4 pm.
Speaking at a press conference, environmentalist Manoj Prabhugaonkar said the main speaker at the meeting will be Justice Ferdino Rebello.
Others present at the press conference included activists Sandesh Prabhudesai, Ramesh Komarpant, Kalpana Bhat, Vassalo Carvalho, Manoj Prabhu Gaonkar and Denis Fernandes.
“Time has come to show solidarity with the people who are fighting those responsible for bringing us to the present situation,” said Komarpant.
