Results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination for class X students will be announced on Wednesday evening at 5.30 pm, the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary (GBSHSE) has said.
GBSHSE chairman, Bhagirath Shetye, said he will declare the results at a press conference which will simultaneously be uploaded on the board website www.gbshse.info.
The SSC exam was conducted by the Board in two terms in December 2021 and March 2022, a new pattern adopted in view of the pandemic disrupting exams in the previous year.
A total of 20,572 students had appeared for the exam -- 10,530 were boys and 10,042 girls.
The examinations were conducted at 31 centres and 173 sub-centres across Goa.
Shetye said the consolidated result sheets will be available for downloading from the official login of schools on Friday, June 3, from 9 am onwards.
The result booklet will also be available on official website of the Board for the Head of Institution for official purposes immediately after the results are declared, he added.
