PANAJI: The annual Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting was held on July 8 in the school hall at St Theresa’s HSS, Candolim. The meeting began with invoking God’s blessings through a short prayer followed by the lamp lighting ceremony. The manager Rev Fr Ryan Estibeiro then welcomed the gathering. The guest speaker for the day was Dr Kennedy D’Slva, founder Principal of Don Bosco College of Physical Education, Panaji. He spoke on the topic ‘parenting’ and stressed on how to be good and effective parents. He was then felicitated with a token of appreciation.
