The season of Carnival maybe behind us, but a carnival of art now beckons us.
Saraya Goa located in Sangolda, located at the end of a short drive from Panaji is organising an 'Art Carnival' with artist Trishna Patnaik who will help participants of the workshop, to create art in several genres ranging from figurative, abstract to graphic formats with the use of media and techniques. The workshop will be held on March 27 from 11 am to 6 pm at the Saraya Art Space in Sangolda. On March 27, Patnaik will discuss and teach the nuances of splash art and the vagaries of coffee essence.
Fee per session at the workshop is Rs. 800 per participant inclusive of all the art material required at the interaction. The exhibition is open to everyone above the age of 10 years.
Trishna, has completed her BSc (in Life Sciences) and obtained her MBA (in marketing) by qualification, but she is proud of being an artist by choice. She has self-taught herself about the nuances of various arts in Mumbai, where she has been fulfilling her ambitions as an artist for the last fourteen years. She is now a full-time professional painter and conducts workshops to assist budding artists find their groove.Pre-registration is necessary.
