BJP leaders, led by ST leader Anthony Barbosa, presented a Kunbi Jacket to Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho for his birthday on Friday.

A group of BJP workers and Raia Panchayat members, led by ST leader Anthony Barbosa, gave a specially made “Kunbi jacket” to Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho for his birthday.
BJP ST leader Barbosa explained that the jacket, made from fabrics used for the traditional ‘Kunbi Kapodd’, represents the rich culture and traditions of the tribal community. The group that visited the Minister included Dr Sneha Bhagwat, Minguelina D’Souza (former Sarpanch and current panch member of Raia village panchayat), Manuel Rodrigues (panch member of Raia), and others.
