Persistent Systems Celebrates 10th Anniversary of its Goa Centre

Software-leader, Persistent Systems celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Goa campus on Tuesday. 2015 also marks the completion of Persistent Systems’ 25 years in the IT sector.

At the time of entering Goa, the campus had approximately 100 employees. Over the years the company’s headcount in Goa has gone up to over 500. The Goa campus has played a pivotal role in the company’s vision to help enterprises on their digital journey.

The technological acumen of the employees at the Goa campus has been on display at Persistent’s internal hackathons like Semicolons where teams from Goa have been winners for the last two years in a row. The Goa campus boasts of some of the best technology brains not just in the company but in the industry at large.

Persistent Systems is one of the first major IT companies to have tapped the potential Goa holds. Apart from contributing to the company’s growth, the Goa team has contributed to local social and community activities in their efforts to do their bit for the society.
