Tri Kids Goa, India's first and only triathlon exclusively organised for kids, will be held on November 6 at Peddem Sports Complex, Mapusa.
The event is now in it's second year and will see children between the ages of 6 to 15 compete in four different age categories. Besides Goan kids, the event has also turned into an attraction for children from other cities and it will also see children from Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune taking part.
The event, which commences at 7.30 am, will start with a swim, followed by a cycle ride and ends with a run -- all within the safe confines of the Peddem Sports Complex. All participating children will receive a medal and e-certificate, while the three winners in each of the four categories will be awarded trophies.
The event is being organised by Enduro Sports Goa, who are also the organisers of the Goa Triathlon and the Goa Swimathon.
