Rueing sad state of corrupt governance

To date the Goa government has done four volte faces on the controversial section 17/2 of the TCP act. When the High court  strikes it down the government said it will approach the Supreme Court; a few days later the government said it will not approach the Supreme court and instead comply with the High Court within the frame work of its order; then Goa government does another u-turn and approaches the Supreme Court against the high court order; when the matter is due to come in the Supreme Court the Goa government asks the case to be deferred. Is the Goa government confused and struggling to come out of this 17/2 controversial section ! Given these embarrassing actions by the Goa government, I think the respective politicians are now under pressure to return their huge “kickbacks” back to the destructive entities. Goa government boasts of Goa being a 99.7 per cent literate state but what’s the point of literacy when we have such sad state of corrupt governance! It is as good as Goa is now governed by corrupt illiterates.
