No sign yet of promised ministries for Cong rebels

Since the Karnataka Assembly election results were announced, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has remained silent; even his prior statement of giving the ministries to the Congress rebels, saying that the ministries would be given before the Karnataka Assembly election, was not fulfilled. Karnataka also formed a government and divided portfolios, while the rebels in Goa are still waiting. The rebels can't say anything to the Chief Minister because they don't want to show the Congress administration or the Goan people that they are unhappy because, when they left Congress, they informed the people that they were departing for the welfare of their constituency.

The question now is why is the Chief Minister delaying granting them the promised ministries? Is he dissatisfied with the outcome of the Karnataka election? Or is it the infighting among BJP legislators? But one thing is certain: the CM is making a huge mistake by postponing the ministries to the rebels, and the consequences will be obvious during the Goa MP elections, which is due next year. The rebels will become rebels.
