AIFF appoints referees for ISL

With 20 days to go until the seventh edition of Indian Super League kicks off, the All India Football Federation director of referees Ravishankar J has appointed 12 referees and 14 assistant referees for the tournament.  

To create a bio-safe environment for the league, the supervising officials, match commissioners and assessors have to undergo three Covid-19 tests before arrival at the hotel. Access to the bio-bubble area will be granted to only those who have all three negative test reports. The supervising officials have to report on November 3.

The referees are Harish Kundu (Delhi), Tejas Nagvenkar (Goa), Pratik Mondal (IFA), Ranji Baksi (IFA), MB Santosh Kumar (Kerala), A Rowan (Kerala), L Ajit Kumar Meetei (Manipur), Rahul Kumar Gupta (SSCB), CR Shrikrishna (Tamil Nadu), R Venkatesh (Tamil Nadu), Raktim Saha (Tripura), Crystal John (WIFA); Assistant referees - Sumanta Dutta (Assam), Kishand Chand Joshi (Delhi), Asit Kumar Sarkar (IFA), Ujal Halder (IFA), Nasar VP A (Kerala), Sunil NC (Kerala), J Tony (Karnataka), Sapam Kennedy (Manipur), Vijaya Shankar (Pondichery), Anthony Abraham (SSCB), Arjun Pillai (SCCB), P Vairamuthu (Tamil Nadu), B Nagoorkani (Tamil Nadu), Abhishek Dev (WIFA); Referees assessors - Supriya Bhattacharya (IFA), Nazir Ahmed (Jammu & Kashmir) and Shaji Kurien (Kerala).
