Raia Sporting Club thumped PVC Association 4-1 to move ahead into the next round of the 22nd Vagator Soccer 2022 organised by Vagator Parish Youth Sports Club, at Vagator Parish Youth Sports Club Ground, Ozran, on Tuesday. Both teams tested each other in the 1st half but failed to score. Goalless draw at the end of the first half. At crossing ends, Raia took the lead in 36th minute through Joyson Gauncar who intercepted a lose ball let by the Parra defenders and scored with a sliding touch. He netted his 2nd for the evening from a rebound shot by Eldon Colaco which hit the woodwork and he just had to tap it in. In the 65th minute, Pruthvesh Pednekar managed to pull one back for PVC Association by deflecting a header. Lloyd Cardozo scored a brace for Raia Sporting Club in the final minutes of the match. The man of the match was awarded to Lloyd Cardozo of Raia Sporting Club.
