Officials claim full amount not paid as request for reimbursement of ₹ 2,12,620 still owed from camp

Goans Hockey have received Rs.6,45,230 for the diet camp of National Games 2023 from Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) on October 11 while the balance amount of Rs. 2,12,620 is still due to the diet camp, Goans Hockey officials have informed.
“We would like to bring to your kind notice that, there is a difference of Rs. 2,12,620/- in the disbursed amount towards settlement of day/residential coaching Camp of the 37th National Games 2023,” Farrel Furtado e Gracias have said in a letter addressed to the SAG Executive Director Geeta Nagvenkar
“The total due amount is Rs. 8,57,850/- (Rupees Eight lakhs fifty-seven thousand eight hundred and fifty only.) The amount sanctioned and received by Goans is Rs.6,45,230/,” it adds.
“Kindly request for corrections in disbursed amount and reimbursement of Rs.2,12,62 for settlement of Day/Residential Coaching Camp of the 37th National Games 2023,” the letter added.
The SAG letter dated October 11 sent to Goans Hockey and signed by Dr. Vivek Pawar said that the amount is the full amount towards the diet camp.
"Please find a cheque amount of Rs. 6,45,230/- (Rupees six lakhs forty-five thousand two hundred thirty only) being the 100% reimbursement amount towards the Day Coaching camp settlement of the Residential Coaching Camp held for the 37th National Games Goa during Oct-Nov. 2023.”
