VASCO: Cortalim Villagers Social Welfare Sports Club will hold selection trials for its Goa Professional Football League team. The trials will be held on June 10 and 11 at the Velsao ground.
Established in 1982, Cortalim Villagers Social Welfare Sports Club is one of the oldest functional clubs in the state, promoting various sporting activities, with football being at its core. The club’s chief patron is its president and Cortalim MLA Antonio Vas
This will be the club’s third season in the Goa Professional Football League. Notably, Cortalim Villagers are the defending champions of the Goa Police Cup.
