In an attempt to introduce 'Rassa Omlet” to the world and place Goa impressively on the world map, the state will witness R'Omle, a new restaurant that specialises in the delicious recipe.

Responding to questions, R'Omle's CEO and Cafe IHT's owner Chirag Naik pegged the investment towards both these venture at Rs 10 lakh, which, he said, is the cost of interiors while the real estate component was free. Asked whether R'Omle would adversely hit the poor road-side Rass Omlet vendor, Naik termed his client profile is different and claimed to have thought over this aspect while conceptualising this venture.

He also launched Cafe I.H.T. adjacent to R'Omle at Fatorda while claiming that it offers its signature product, thin crust pizza which is freshly baked and served.

According to Naik, there was a niche for a new type of food outlet as people have become much more sophisticated about what they eat and drink and are looking for something special and varied.

“In addition to Romlet, it also offers a wide variety of other street-side food,” he informed.

“The setting of the place and decor at R'Omle encapsulates street side with a hint of panache, and it gives you a rare combination of a place that serves street food, while making you feel like you are in a plush restaurant,” states the press release issued by Naik.

Naik said both R'Omle and Cafe I.H.T. are open on all working days from 11 am to 11 pm.
