Might it be possible that they were questioning these residents, whythey had signed the petition (playing loud and amplified music all nightlong)??? Might it be possible, that these residents had then been"informed ... better, you should not have done it ...???

Comment: How long have these bars been there they have beenplaying loud music for years I have beento Curlies lots of times .Why is it this year all the complaints are coming in?Is it the change of ministers?
